Începând cu 25 mai 2018, Regulamentul de bază privind protecția datelor (DSGVO) a intrat în vigoare în Uniunea Europeană (cunoscut și sub denumirea de GDPR - Regulamentul general privind protecția datelor). Acest regulament definește modul în care datele cu caracter personal pot fi prelucrate și specifică forma în care acestea trebuie protejate.
Ce este DSGVO/GDPR?
Regulamentul de bază al UE privind protecția datelor (DSGVO) armonizează normele de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal, drepturile persoanelor vizate și obligațiile operatorilor de date în întreaga UE. Noile dispoziții au intrat în vigoare la 25 mai 2018.

Regulamentele DSGVO și Legea austriacă privind protecția datelor se aplică numai datelor cu caracter personal ale persoanelor fizice ("persoana vizată") care devin astfel direct sau indirect identificabile. De exemplu, prin atribuirea acestora unui nume sau a unui număr de identificare, cum ar fi un număr de securitate socială.

Date ale partenerilor de afaceri
