Acceptance of This Data Privacy Statement

On accessing the ARTS-Website you will be prompted to read this Data Privacy Statement as well as the legal disclaimer concerning our product offer and you are asked for approval by clicking the button titled “Accept” or for declining by clicking the button titled “Decline”. If you choose to decline acceptance you may only access those parts of the website where consent is not required because we do not need to process and/or store any personal data for these parts.

Storage of Anonymised Data

On accessing the website, ARTS will store so-called log files. These files contain information about when and which pages were accessed. You IP-address is processed exclusively to determine the country from which you access our website. This data will be stored anonymised and it will not be linked to the respective user. It may be used by ARTS solely for statistical evaluation to learn which content is accessed, how frequently it is accessed and from which countries the users originate.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Storage of Personal Data

ARTS does not store any personal data about visitors which do not have a dedicated user account for the website and which are not logged in to the website using their account. 

For visitors with user accounts the following kind of data will be stored:

  • - Name
  • - E-mail address
  • - Password (encrypted by cryptographic hash, the plain text cannot be retrieved at any time)
  • - Date and time of last login
  • - User settings and preferences (e.g. language preference, favourite funds). This data may be viewed and changed at the account settings page.

User Account Registration

You may register on our website obtaining a personal user account.

For registration you will be asked to provide a name, a valid e-mail-address and a password.

In alternative to providing an own password you may use your user account from a third party authentication provider (current: Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). In this case, login is performed over the platform of the third party. ARTS does not receive any of the authentication information the user is using to login. ARTS only receives a user ID, which will be linked to the according user profile at the ARTS website. ARTS has no influence whatsoever which personal data the third party provider does store. This is solely dependent on the privacy settings of the user at the third party site.

Closing the Account and Deletion of User Data

A registered user may terminate her/his account at any time and without providing any reason using the respective function at the account settings page. Alternatively the use may demand closing of the account by e-mail via  or by mail to the business address (ARTS Asset Management GmbH, Siegfried Ludwig-Platz 2, 3100 St. Pölten, Austria). ARTS will comply with the request within 5 business days upon receipt of the request and will confirm the deletion via e-mail to the mail address provided in the account profile.

Upon closing the account ARTS will permanently delete all data stored in connection to the respective user account.

Cookie usage

Cookies are small data packages with encrypted information which are sent from a web server and which are stored on your device by your web browser software, allowing the website to access this data at a later time.

The permanent cookie that will be stored by our website does not contain any personal information, is encrypted and can be read exclusively by our website.

We utilise cookies for providing the following features:
