For registration you will be asked to provide a name, a valid e-mail-address and a password.
In alternative to providing an own password you may use your user account from a third party authentication provider (current: Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). In this case, login is performed over the platform of the third party. ARTS does not receive any of the authentication information the user is using to login. ARTS only receives a user ID, which will be linked to the according user profile at the ARTS website. ARTS has no influence whatsoever which personal data the third party provider does store. This is solely dependent on the privacy settings of the user at the third party site.
A registered user may terminate her/his account at any time and without providing any reason using the respective function at the account settings page. Alternatively the use may demand closing of the account by e-mail via or by mail to the business address (ARTS Asset Management GmbH, Siegfried Ludwig-Platz 2, 3100 St. Pölten, Austria). ARTS will comply with the request within 5 business days upon receipt of the request and will confirm the deletion via e-mail to the mail address provided in the account profile.
Upon closing the account ARTS will permanently delete all data stored in connection to the respective user account.
